This machine is particularly versatile, and it is suitable for cutting cheese wheels of large dimensions, both soft and hard cheese, with circular or rectangular shape, into pieces such as bars and/or dice. It can be automated upstream with the GEA disk cutter, downstream with the AURIGA dicing machine, for the production of stick-shaped pieces/small blocks, or with the dicing machine model CFG-NT for dice.
