The new SPEED fixed-weight line is very compact for optimization of the factory layout. It features a robotic loading unit, a disk cutting station that optimizes cutting time and planarity, half wheel inverting unit and automatic coring machine. The weight checking unit is complete with a 3D scanner to correct, after each cut, any product asymmetry and maintain the weight of the wedges constant. Wedge cutting features double blade with variable angle for greater accuracy and productivity. Recommended for combination with end-of-line wedge handler.
