The winning characteristics of our grater have been productivity, cleaning of the production environment, use of different types of cheese, less space taken up and easy hygiene making. Finer grain size, cooling down of the product at exit and further increase of productivity are the most recent innovations. A combination with our transportation system (suction and lifting unit) provides optimization of its performances.
